PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe Release Date Revealed

Q-Games' PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe has been dated for North America. And it's this week!

Deluxe is being released in North America on October 1st, to coincide with the launch of Sony's latest revision of their handheld device, the  PSP Go. Currently, the pricing for Thursday's release has not been made public, but for a tower defense game you're sure to be dumping hours upon hours into, anything less than $14.99 is a bargain.

Impressions: PixelJunk Shooter @ PAX '09

After PixelJunk Racers, I never thought I'd find myself warming up to Q-Games' quirky franchise so much.  Nestled within Sony's booth at PAX, I found PixelJunk Shooter and decided to spend some quality time with the two stage build from the guys out in Kyoto. However, my time spent left me with more issues than just the name.

The Pros and Woes of Game-sharing

Game-sharing has garnered a notorious reputation in the time it has been available. Since its reveal at [Sony] Gamer's Day '06, Sony has stated that game-sharing encourages a sense of community among gamers and helps bring them together. However, not everyone agrees with Sony nudging you to share the wealth.
